1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the laro10 platform (accessible at laro10.com), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with laro10's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the laro10 platform.

3 Account Registration

To access laro10's gaming services, you must create a single registered account. The following conditions apply to all laro10 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active laro10 account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and registered mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your laro10 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. laro10 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Identity Verification (KYC): laro10 may require you to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license) to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary by laro10.
• Account Suspension: laro10 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where laro10 suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other unlawful activity.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

laro10 supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine-based payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the laro10 platform:

• Currency: All transactions on laro10 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the laro10 deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: laro10 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification Before Withdrawal: laro10 may require identity verification (KYC) to be completed before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal delays.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained through illegal means, is strictly prohibited.
• Payment Method Consistency: laro10 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Transaction Fees: laro10 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, BPI) may apply their own transaction fees, for which laro10 bears no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

laro10 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonus Eligibility: laro10 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses may be withheld or reversed if laro10 determines that eligibility criteria were not met.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

• Modification or Cancellation: laro10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the laro10 platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all laro10 games:

• Random Number Generation: All laro10 casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, laro10 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the player's account. laro10 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. laro10 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the laro10 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with laro10 games or systems.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with laro10's software, servers, or security systems.
• Using the laro10 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug must be reported to laro10 and will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing laro10 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your laro10 account by any third party, including family members.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the laro10 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of laro10 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the laro10 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any laro10 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on laro10 content.
• Use laro10's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the laro10 platform.

Any unauthorised use of laro10's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

laro10 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the laro10 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

• Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

laro10's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your laro10 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The laro10 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12 Amendments to These Terms

laro10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to laro10's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal complaint to laro10 support and allow laro10 a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days to investigate and respond before escalating the matter.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through laro10's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent laro10 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
